The desk's LED indicators show availability status - green for free, red for occupied - making it easy to spot available workspaces from across the office.

The Sustainability Award recognizes organizations that embed environmental consciousness into every aspect of their operations, including workplace setup.
TLC Engineering Solutions Inc. earned this recognition for their extensive work in developing and implementing sustainable solutions for various projects. Their expertise in helping companies achieve measurable energy consumption reductions, combined with their track record of large-scale sustainable projects demonstrates their commitment to creating environmentally responsible workplaces. In line with this vision, they have implemented Joan Room at their Orlando, Florida headquarters.
Future of Work Award 2025: University Children's Hospital of Zurich
